Frequently asked questions
When you join the programme, you receive a unique referral link. Every click is tracked with a cookie (90–180 days depending on tier). When a visitor subscribes to CinnaReach through your link, the conversion is attributed to you and you start earning commission on their payments.
Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month. Once your balance reaches the minimum payout of $50, you can request a withdrawal from your dashboard. Payments are processed within 3 business days via PayPal or bank transfer.
A conversion is counted when a referred visitor signs up for a paid CinnaReach subscription. Free trials that convert to paid plans are also counted. The conversion must occur within your cookie window to be attributed to you.
No. The programme is designed for new customer acquisition only. Referrals of accounts that already exist in our system before your link was clicked will not be credited. This ensures fair attribution for all partners.
If a referred customer cancels within their first 30 days, the commission for that referral is reversed. This protects against low-quality sign-ups. After 30 days, your commission is locked in for the duration of your tier’s commission period.
Yes, with restrictions. You may not bid on CinnaReach branded keywords (e.g. “CinnaReach”, “Cinnamon Consulting”) in search ads. Display, social, and content-based paid promotion is allowed. See our partner terms for full details.
Once you have at least 1 active referred customer, you can apply to upgrade to Agency Partner. We review upgrade requests within 48 hours. Your existing referrals carry over and begin earning at the new rate from the upgrade date forward.
No. There is no cap on commissions. The more customers you refer, the more you earn. Resellers with 10 or more active clients also qualify for a 5% bonus on top of their standard 40% rate.
