C

Campaign Cadence

The frequency at which a campaign sends webinar invitations — typically monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, or custom. Cadence determines how quickly a contact pool is consumed and how many contacts are needed for a sustainable ongoing programme.

Contact Cooldown

A minimum waiting period enforced between webinar invitations sent to the same contact. Prevents the same person from being invited too frequently across campaigns, protecting sender reputation and reducing unsubscribe rates. CinnaReach enforces a 60-day default cooldown, configurable per campaign (30 / 60 / 90 days or custom).

Contact Pool

The shared repository of contacts available to campaigns within a tenant. In CinnaReach, contacts live in a tenant-wide pool and can be assigned to multiple campaigns. Suppressed and unsubscribed contacts are automatically excluded from all future sends.

D

Domain-Wide Delegation

A Google Workspace configuration that allows a service account to act on behalf of any user within a Google Workspace domain. CinnaReach uses domain-wide delegation to send calendar invites from multiple sender accounts using a single service account JSON key — without requiring individual OAuth authorization per sender.

Dry-Run Mode

A testing mode that simulates a full campaign send without delivering any actual invites to contacts. Used to verify campaign configuration, sender setup, and contact eligibility before going live. CinnaReach displays a banner when dry-run mode is active.

G

Gmail API

Google’s programmatic interface for sending and reading Gmail messages and calendar invites. CinnaReach uses the Gmail API with Google Workspace service accounts to send personalized calendar invitations at scale — up to 50 per sender account per day.

Google Workspace Service Account

A special-purpose Google account used by server applications to authenticate with Google APIs without requiring a human login. In CinnaReach, one service account JSON key covers all sender addresses on a domain via domain-wide delegation — providing the highest deliverability for calendar invite sending.

I

ICS / Calendar Invite

A standard calendar event file format (.ics) used to send meeting and event invitations. When sent via Gmail API to a Google Calendar user, an ICS invite creates a native calendar event with one-click RSVP options (Yes / Maybe / No). This format consistently outperforms email newsletters for webinar outreach because it lands directly in the calendar.

M

MailerLite Occurrence Group

A MailerLite subscriber group automatically created by CinnaReach for each webinar occurrence — one for attendees, one for no-shows. Groups are named with the webinar title and date (e.g. ‘Partner Webinar March 2026 — Attendees’). Follow-up automation sequences trigger automatically when contacts are added to these groups.

Multi-Sender Rotation

The practice of distributing outreach sends across multiple sender accounts to increase daily send capacity while staying within per-account limits. CinnaReach rotates sends round-robin across all active sender accounts — up to 50 invites per sender per day, supporting up to 1,000 invites per day with 20 senders.

O

Webinar Occurrence

A single scheduled instance of a webinar within a campaign. A campaign can have multiple occurrences (e.g. a monthly partner webinar series). Each occurrence has its own Zoom webinar ID, RSVP tracking, and MailerLite groups. No-shows from one occurrence can be automatically recycled into the next.

P

Post-Webinar Follow-Up

Automated email sequences triggered after a webinar ends — separate sequences for attendees (thank you + CTA) and no-shows (re-invite or nurture). In CinnaReach, follow-up is automated via MailerLite occurrence groups that populate immediately after the webinar concludes.

Priority Scheduling

A send-order algorithm that prioritises contacts based on days remaining until the webinar. Contacts in the shortest time window receive invites first — maximising RSVP conversion in the critical final days. CinnaReach’s priority scheduler runs daily within configured sending hours.

R

RSVP Rate

The percentage of contacts who respond Yes or Maybe to a webinar calendar invite. Calculated as: (Yes + Maybe) ÷ Total Invites Sent × 100. Industry benchmarks: partner recruitment 12–18%, sales prospecting 8–12%, client education 15–25%, cold outreach 5–8%. CinnaReach customers average 12% across all use cases.

RSVP Tracking

Real-time monitoring of calendar invite responses (Yes / Maybe / No / Awaiting) at campaign, webinar, and contact level. CinnaReach polls Gmail API responses continuously and updates the dashboard in real time.

S

Sender Account

A Google Workspace email address used to send calendar invites on behalf of a tenant. Each sender account has its own daily limit (default 50/day), warm-up schedule, utilisation tracking, and performance metrics (RSVP rate, unsubscribe rate). CinnaReach supports up to 20 sender accounts per tenant.

Sender Warm-Up

A gradual ramp-up of daily send volume for a new sender account to build domain reputation and avoid spam filter triggers. Recommended schedule: Week 1: 10/day → Week 2: 20/day → Week 3: 35/day → Week 4+: 50/day. CinnaReach includes built-in warm-up mode that enforces this schedule automatically.

Suppression / Unsubscribe

The permanent exclusion of a contact from all future campaign sends. A contact is suppressed when they reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to a calendar invite, unsubscribe via MailerLite, or are manually suppressed by an admin. Suppressed contacts cannot be added to any campaign and receive a confirmation email.

T

Tenant

An isolated workspace within CinnaReach representing one brand, client, or business unit. Each tenant has its own contacts, campaigns, senders, integrations, and analytics. The Agency plan supports up to 5 tenants — designed for consulting firms and channel program managers.

W

Webinar Outreach

The end-to-end process of inviting target contacts to a webinar, tracking their responses, registering attendees, and following up automatically after the event. Effective webinar outreach combines: targeted contact lists, personalized calendar invites, RSVP tracking, Zoom registration, and post-event email sequences. CinnaReach automates the entire pipeline.
